Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

For the execution of the administrative, fiscal and accounting obligations deriving from the contracts stipulated, as well as the laws in force, regulations and Community legislation, as well as provisions issued by authorities empowered to do so by supervisory and control bodies (eg tax authority inspections).

According to the art. 24, paragraph b of Legislative Decree 196, for the purposes stated above your consent is not necessary, as data processing is carried out to “perform obligations arising from a contract to which the data subject is party, or to fulfill, before the conclusion of the contract, specific requests from the interested party “, and “to fulfill an obligation established by law, regulation or EU legislation “.

How to request the deletion of personal data
The customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data by written notice to be sent to the registered office of Cis. The customer, who declares to have received the information pursuant to art. 13 and on the rights due to the same, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data according to the methods provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer issued together with the processing authorization and the dispatch in the online registration form.
